MARTIN STEPHENSON & THE DAINTEES

Return to Fallodon of favourites Martin Stephenson and The Daintees, one of the UK’s finest live bands of the 1990s.  Still very active today recording and playing live and still very much at the top of their game. A wide variety of musical styles from folk to pop to rockabilly.  

Featuring songs old and new, and stories both sad and hilarious.  A concert to gladden the heart!

THE TONY BENGTSSON BAND 

‘Socially conscious modern country folk’

North East-based Americana/Folk artist Tony Bengtsson’s hook-laden songs are ‘remarkable to say the least’ (Maverick Magazine) and his voice has been described as ‘the best for country outside of America’ (Dan Walsh - premier UK banjo player).

Chiming Telecaster, driving piano, soaring fiddle and a rhythm section firmly in the pocket are all overlaid with timeless melodies.

A welcome return to Fallodon Hall for talented  and popular singer/songwriter from Northumberland whose influences include The Beatles, Paul Weller, and Crowded House.
